By signing up to Hunnies you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English wherever possible. If something here disagrees with a more specific document (the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Creator Agreement), the more specific document wins for its topic.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We verify age during sign-up. False statements about your age terminate your account permanently and forfeit any account credits — but we still refund any active subscription pro-rata, because that's the right thing to do.
Read public posts. Subscribe to rooms. Send direct messages, tip creators, unlock pay-per-view content, and request voice calls. You may not redistribute, screenshot-and-publish, or scrape any non-public content from this site. Doing so is a breach of these terms and, depending on jurisdiction, of copyright law.
Open a room, set tiers, post content, message subscribers, receive tips, and withdraw earnings. Creators must follow the House Rules (no explicit content, no undisclosed promotion, no AI personas pretending to be human, no harassment). The full creator agreement appears at sign-up and is linked from /studio/settings.
You pay in advance. We bill the price shown on the room. We may collect VAT or similar consumption tax where the law requires. We never raise the price on a current subscription without 60 days written notice; existing keys are locked at the old price for that period.
Creators receive 80% of every dollar collected on their room (subscriptions, tips, PPV). Payouts are weekly via ACH or instant via debit-rail (1.5% fee, optional).
See the Refund Policy. Short version: full refund if you cancel within 7 days of starting a new subscription; pro-rated refund if a creator breaches the House Rules and we close their room; no refund for the current period otherwise.
Harassing a creator, attempting to dox another user, or circumventing the spending cap are grounds for immediate account suspension. Suspensions are appealable to a human via care@hunnies.house; appeals are resolved within 72 hours.
We provide the service "as is." We do our best to keep things up, billing accurate, and conversations encrypted; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our maximum liability is the total you have paid us in the last 12 months. This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything non-waivable under applicable law.
We may change these terms; we'll email you 30 days in advance for material changes. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in Delaware courts unless you live somewhere with consumer-protection laws that say otherwise — those win.
